No-Refund Policy 

All products and services offered by Digital Accounting Club are digital in nature and provide instant access upon successful payment.

Once payment is completed and access is granted, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be entertained under any circumstances.

This no-refund policy applies to, but is not limited to:

• Bronze Membership
• Silver Membership and all higher-level programs
• Online courses (live or recorded)
• Webinars, masterclasses, and bootcamps
• Community access (private groups, councils, leadership programs)
• Third-party tools or simulation access

Why We Follow a No-Refund Policy

• Digital content is unlocked immediately after payment
• Course material and intellectual property become accessible instantly
• Third-party software licenses involve non-reversible costs
• Access cannot be withdrawn once issued

This policy is standard practice for digital education platforms and is necessary to maintain fair pricing and service quality for all learners.

Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

1. Duplicate payment made due to a technical error
2. Payment successfully deducted but access not granted, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time

Approval of refunds, if any, is at the sole discretion of Digital Accounting Club.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to any product or service is considered a violation of this policy and may result in:

• Immediate suspension of account access
• Permanent revocation of all program and community access
• Restriction from future enrollments
